Cozy Coloring - Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Cozy Coloring app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Personal Use License

Mulberry Tree Games, LLC ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and content provided within the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may download coloring pages to your personal device but are prohibited from:

Selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting the images.

Distributing the images in any form, including uploading to other websites or sharing on social media for commercial gain.

3. Access to Photo Library

The App requests access to your device's photo library solely to save images you have colored. The App does not access, collect, or use any other data from your photo library.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

5. Premium Version and Payments

Payments for the premium version of the App are processed through the Apple App Store. All transactions and any requests for refunds are subject to Apple's policies. For assistance, please contact Apple Support.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you create using the App remains your property. However, by sharing your creations within the App's community or on associated platforms, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share your content for promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App, including images, graphics, and designs, is the property of Mulberry Tree Games, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the content is prohibited.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) with or without notice. Additionally, we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
